By accessing or using the Site, submitting the contact form, requesting a speech booking, or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Services and Pricing

Book: From Burnout to All In is sold through Amazon. Purchases are subject to Amazon's own terms, pricing, and policies; we are not responsible for that transaction.

Speaking Engagements: Speech booking requests submitted through this Site are inquiries only. A speaking engagement is not confirmed until agreed to in writing, including fee and travel expense terms.

1-on-1 Coaching: Coaching is offered as a six-month program of one-hour video sessions every two weeks. Payment is due in full at or before the time of the first session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session may be rescheduled, up to a maximum of two instances. Cancellations must be requested by email. No refunds are provided.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content, including the book, speech, and coaching services, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coaching and speaking services offered through this Site are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. This is a coach–client relationship. This is not a physician–patient relationship. Individuals with medical or mental health concerns should consult a licensed healthcare provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casciola Coaching LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services described on it.
